Plusnet have really annoyed me by refusing to offer me the same deal as they are offering for new customers. That is disgraceful, especially given that I have been a customer of theirs on the broadband side for well over 20 years. Not much in it, but it the principle that has really annoyed me.

So I am looking for any good deals you have seen please. Only looking for about 5 or 6Gb per month plus some free calls and texts.

thanks for any help you can give me.

Vodafone do a 5Gb sim only for £15 a month with unlimited calls. There will be cheaper deals but Vodafone works well in France etc. :)

Three have a deal at £10 a month with 8Gb and unlimited texts and calls. We've never had a problem with 3 in France over the 4 or 5 years we've been with them.

Three doing this.

Sky mobile have got some cheap deals on at the minute. O2 network though ?

Last time I changed deals with Plusnet they gave me a better deal than anything listed on their site. As I now have a MiFi I dropped my data and now paying £6 for 3 GB & unlimited min & text.

They refused me a deal that they had openly advertised on their website for people who have a Plusnet broadband account, which I have got and which was slightly better than my existing deal with them. The reason was because I was an existing customer and the offer was only for new customers. So much for loyalty then. I detest organisations that do that and I told them so. So they lost me for 50p a month.

When I asked for the PAC code this morning it was all apologies and was told I could have the deal after all. But that was too little too late for me. I have always said that if you get screwed twice it is probably because you are enjoying it ...........................

Plusnet have always been good for me.
Been on 8gb plus calls and txt for £10 for at least a year now.
However I understand your frustration and although it's only 50p I agree it's the principal. Vote with your feet and move. Also maybe look at moving your broadband as it's so much easier these days. (y)

I work for Sky and can send you a code for sim only with 50% off and the advantage is you don’t loose your data each month, it gets put in a piggy bank so you can use it anytime you need extra data.

If interested PM me.

Thanks, but as per post #6, I committed to Three this morning. SIM should arrive tomorrow.
