No mechanical adjustment. I have adjusted them in the past by inserting tip of screwdriver and closing hinge. All this does is bend the hinge to cause more clearance. Care needed not to cause damage so proceed slowly.

Door just catching at the bottom of door.
Need to raise about ten mil.

Undo screws first. Then you will need to replicate the housing, using sharp chisel if necessary, in either door or frame. Make sure you have clearance above the door cos if you raise it by 10mm then it would normally catch at the top. Good luck

Where can you feel any wear or up and down movement.

If you are unable to see, then you will have to measure everything. Maybe best to have a carpenter sort it.

Has it got offset pin in the hinge

Does it need the whole door lifting or just the opening end ?
You could lift the opening end by putting slim packers behind the bottom hinge where it attaches to the frame.
Lifting the whole door....not a chance

If it’s on the bottom edge opposite the hinges (hanging stile) then it sounds like the top hinge has either come loose or bent away from frame causing leading edge to rub? If that’s the case it will probably rub or be close to the top of the closing stile of the frame as well?
You need to straighten the hinge out or tighten the holding screws or pack bottom hinge towards closing side with a thin slither of plastic or alloy😊

More than likely the top hinge will have bent.
You can straighten it by shutting the door onto a piece of 2 x 1 or a hammer shaft and force it over towards the hinge side. May be worth spraying all hinges with silicon spray😉

Thanks all will have a go next week when I get home 🏠

Any ideas what the small hexagonal screw is for in the middle of the hinge

Looking at it it looks like the nylon washer's are worn on the pins.as I can lift the whole door just need to work out how to change them.

Try closing the door and measure the gap between door and frame all the way up the upright gaps.
If the gap is equal all the way it's not the hinge.
Looking at the rubber/plastic at the bottom of the door hole it may have moved or has swollen and catching the door.
If it was the hinge I would expect the door to also catch on the bottom of the upright rubber/plastic at the hinge wnd

The hexagonal grub screw retains the hinge pin, my door is the same as yours, catching at the bottom.
Also wearing the door catch because it has to lift the door when closing.

Just undo the Center Allen screw and the hinge pin should slide out be careful though as the door will drop out if you don’t hang on to it🤔

Looks like the spacers are worn away and the pin is no longer running straight. Can be seen clearly in the first pic.

I would remove the pin and fit new washers between each section

The pin looks like it has a cap on each end.

It may be a filler plug try putting a flat. Bade under it to see if it will prise out gently🤔

The fact that there is a grub screw may suggest that the pins are eccentric. If so there will be a method of rotating the pin, usually an allen key slot at the top. Very common on house UPVC door hinges for alignment.
