Reopen Harwich to Esbjerg Group (RHEG)
I joined this group a few weeks ago to input my twopennorth but forgot to mention it on Fun as it was more a personal thing for getting me to the Faroes with a car but of course it will also interest motorhomes wishing to avoid the long land route.
After a lot of input from interested readers the document which George Moore plans to present to Danish Seaways is in it's final draft. It makes interesting reading and if I remember right it may, or should, go to other operators like Stena. Regina Lines has seemingly fallen by the wayside so maybe something will come of this.
Edit: Apparently the passenger infrastructure at Esbjerg has already been dismantled so the decision by DFDS after dropping the route from Harwich was . . . erm . . . terminal.
