If I had been there I would have done my best to take it from him. Shame about the accidental collateral damage...That one should have been taken off the scrote and used to cut his hand off!
Health and safety exec should look at this and prosecute, No safety Gloves, Safety Glasses and worse of all No safety Guard around the grinding wheel. So once the police have done him for nicking the bike I suspect he would get a higher fine and jail time for breaking Health and safety at work rules.View attachment 555942

Being perfectly serious, the crime is (or was) 'Going equipped to steal', a very useful device in my day...Where is there a crime.
I see a young man holding an angle grinder near some bikes.
