Hi
I know this is a divvy question but we have never used Anek before, on my booking details it states that as no tickets are issued beforehand, they must be collected from the port of departure. Is is this correct or do we just show them our reference number?
Many thanks
Debbie

Sounds right nowadays, most companies don't bother with tickets any more, everything's fully computerised.

Take a print out of your booking details. We had similar at Olbia on Sardinia and it was not a problem. We presented the details at the desk and he gave us a ticket.

DFDS on cross-channel have never even asked for booking reference, although we print it off in case. They tap in reg. no. as you approach and that's it.

So it would not be surprising if all companies are not following suite.

Hi Edendeb.
Just turn up with your reference and if I remember correctly, your vehicles Registration No does the trick anyway.
We came back from Greece on this ferry, you sleep in the van on board, electric pulls down from the roof, access to the rest of the ship via a smart ticket they give you and showers on your deck.
It was a converted cruise ship and very nice indeed..
Enjoy.
Mitch.

Recently at the tunnel all we needed was to insert the card used to book, they never even had the registration number !
