Still, it shows that either great minds think alike or fools seldom differ. There is some good tough film available but I suspect that it is a bit of a sod to put on, but at least it is a flat surface.

Well I know I'm a fool but i cant speak for you :)
Its easy to apply with water and a squeegee, like the stuff we used to buy in the early 80's for doing your car windows. Ohh what fun we had trying to get that stuff on without bubbles in it :mad:

They still use that technique - the guy did my XF and it was an education to watch. I did the same the other day with a window. A pain but not bad to do when you get the knack
