An Edinburgh takeaway - no deep frying!

So one of our favourite husband and wife Edinburgh restaurants have started doing deliveries, you get the menu on a Tuesday, put your order in, and Lisa delivers to your door. Comes with final preparation instructions from Paul, the chef. Food was absolutely delicious, they had 500 orders over Thursday/Sunday and are bringing 3 staff back off furlough to help. Great to see small local businesses adapting and doing the best they can!

Management was saying the little cafe near us have started to do take away meals. If the small business like these are going to survive after the crisis this is the way to go. People will remember these places.

They are a really nice couple, just hope they can keep going ok, looks like they are losing the whole season when they usually make their money.

Few places in Dumfries doing the same, one of the local Italians do a kids Pizza where they send you the dough and all the toppings with instructions, then the kids can make their own Pizza.
