Amazing customer service, well done Continental Tyres

Having at last got my van weighed, I just emailed Continental Tyres technical Helpdesk to check out what tyre pressures they recommended both for my “running weight” and my max. Have always found them helpful but this time they excelled themselves. Literally within 4 minutes of sending email they phoned me at home to talk it through, advised on pressures, gave me them in psi and bar to save me doing the conversion. It was the immediate response that delighted me, was expecting it to take a few days.

Yes, front at 44psi and rears at 61psi v supplied at 70psi. its a bit lower at the front than I expected, thought it might be 50 front 60 rear.
