Yeah I Should have. Only stopped for the night off grid. Don't usually put anything out but for some reason last night thought we'd put the step out.

Yeah I know. It was crap anyway , wouldn't buy another, it's supposed to do up to 150kg. I'm about 90 and I had already bent it.

I've done that, not even with a Moho, I drove an elderly lady to the dentist, she cannot get into the truck without a step. After I got her out and into her house, I reversed over the step.

If it's any conciliation, I did exactly the same thing to the same model of step, I now have a heavy duty plastic one and always double check.

A set of these, and write on each one what they are reminders for. When arriving on site, snap them around the steering wheel. When leaving, remove each one once you have sorted/removed/stowed/locked/closed the related item.

I always carry a short check lead for testing the polarity and earth set up before plugging in - when done I have that on the steering wheel as reminder about the EHu.. as a motorcycle owner I got the idea from front disk lock reminder lines round the handlebars.
