Alpe Alpe d huez aire (1 Viewer)

Wandering around here today staying Avec Grandchildren daughter SiL but Sans Moho - went to look at the aire. They have extended it massively ( I think for the Tomorrowland event ) but it is apparently shut in March ( ?exclusive use for Tomorrowland attendees?) so I thought I would alert anyone who might be coming . Have possibly uploaded photos but they are not currently visible on the thread .. will post and see

What is the snow conditions like there st the moment, ski wise?

Hard packed snow on all runs - lots of it , a little icy in parts as it is sunny. Was a bit windy last 2 days some of the top runs were shut AM. .Minus nine last night not above zero in day but feels warm in sun.Roads totally clear . More snow forecast for next week - no fresh snow here for us apart from cannoned but there was a lot when we got here .Last day for us tomorrow- daughter and tribe leave horribly early to fly home on Sat but jilets jaunes predicted to be on the roads again ...Enjoy, aire here 11euros a day ....

Thanks @Kirsten. We have a 3 day pass thrown in with out Montgenevre pass so will visit in the next couple of weeks. Does the aire include leccy?

No - an electric point is available near the waste/ water for a limited charge time. Beautiful here today !Stock up at the supermarket in Bourge d Oisans at the foot of the bendy road to Alpe d and enjoy xx
