alko wind down steadies

Hi, can anyone tell me if they have fitted or had fitted wind down steadies for an alko chassis, im fed up with the movement when moving around.

Just taken a set off my Alko chassis A class, only two nuts and bolts each side, But I think they are a waste of time, they are heavy and the small amount of movement I get is perfectly acceptable, in fact we find it comforting being gently rock to sleep when it's windy,
Also they reduce ground clearance on the rear just were you need it for steep ferry ramps,

we have them fitted only used them once it took ages to wind them down and then up again

I wind mine up & down with battery drill, takes no time

We used to do that when we had a caravan but just don't bother any more, MH is steady enough without them.
