Hi , pretty new to MH .I have a Mercedes Bourton Autosleeper . FItted inside is the above unit to operate the opening and closing of the satellite dish . We have had no problem since purchasing our MH last september. But I do now.
The unit is stuck on a message saying 'closing' but it is already closed. I cant therefore try and open the dish because I cant get past the message other than unplugging it and try again, only to be greeted with the 'closing' message once again .
Any ideas folks what could be causing it. Im not a spark but if necessary , would I have to get an electrician involved or is it more specialist than that? Or should I head for a diagnostics centre for MH if so where ? I live in Warrington Cheshire .Appreciate any help offered thanks Simon
