We have the Alde wet central heating system... and are going to do a bit more in this country through the winter..

Our M.H. is nearly 2 years old and has never been drained of Anti Freeze..

Should it be done and refilled with new. ? or is it OK to leave.. ?

Thanks.

Ours is now over four years old with no problems and am only just considering having the fluid changed.

If you do change it then you don't have to use the special Alde fluid but can use any G12++ or G13 grade vehicle antifreeze in 50/50 ratio.

The bigest problem is that you really need a special pump to do the job ... if I do mine, I shall get the guy who does my hab checks to do it.

We are getting ours done later this year. So I am told the glycol most put in is good for two years, but where we are going they put glycol in that's good for five years. A bit more expensive but lasts a lot longer.
