I'd welcome your thoughts.
The opposite problem to last year!
The Alde 3020 has just passed with flying colours 4 weeks skiing - maintaining lovely 20'c constant on leccy and gas.
BUT one night I had to wild camp (Knaus Koblenz is very shut at present) and therefore did not have EHU, the heating would not work on gas only - - kinda defeats the object!
So I had gas (cooker working) and was asking for gas heating on panel. But the fan did not kick in and so the boiler did not light.
A likely cause according to the manual is a leisure battery under 11V, but I had just driven 400k and have 3 powerful batteries showing over 85% charge.

any thoughts?

Failing that, anyone know an Aide dealer Cardiff/South West area?

What was the battery voltage measured at the battery terminals?

Have you tested your heating on hookup since returning?

Have you checked the dedicated gas supply tap to the heater?
When you used the cooker did the igniter light the gas? or did you light it manually

FYI
Just had an informative free phone call to a very helpful lady at Alde.

Situation was the setting for pump was 230V rather than 12V. One tick changed and all good.
Heat exchanger and heating gas-only now good.

Wish I'd known that last Saturday in Koblenz!

But major hat tip for Alde help desk.
