If you dont have any guide with you pop in a newsagent or suppermarket.

Buy the aire's book from themagazine CAMPING-CAR?

I think its about 10 or 11 €

Good book maybe a bit too mutch in it.

Enjoy France and the restof your trip.

Safe journey

Thought we'd scoot down the west coast of France fairly quickly into northern Spain and down into Portugal, around the bottom of Portugal and up the east coast of Spain to guadarmar be alicante where our house is. We aim to be at our house around 7 th June so plenty of time to meander :)

We've done Calais to Parc Futuroscope (just N of Poitiers) in a day - it's about 400 miles. The overnight MH parking is inside the main entrance, controlled by a ticket barrier, and with a nominal height limit of 3.5m, but our MH is slightly more than that and still got under.

It's just off the A10 Autoroute, with a neighbouring Auchan supermarket/petrol station with MH friendly canopy only one junction up the D910 which runs alongside the site.

Cost is 3 Euros between 5pm and 8am, otherwise 10 Euros. It's a massive fenced tarmac parking area and there's always spaces. Mapped photo here.

Highly convenient as a stopover. There's no obligation to visit the park if you don't want to.

After that, it's a relatively short hop to Parc Verger.

nowhere near long enough
If you head from Embry over the Pont Britange near to Duclair to number 53 in last years aires book

N49 deg. 29.092 min E000 deg 46.386 min called La Mailleraye Sur Seine you will miss the middle of Rouen out which is always a blessing if you are not familiar with it.

We stayed there for a night last week and it is good, right on the side of the river Seine where you can watch fairly large ships passing most of the day.

Parc Verger is doable in an easy day from there but there are lots more aires between the two depending how big a rush you are in
