I'm a newbie
Hi all, the fridge compartment on my MH Swift Royale 540 is thick with road dust coming through the vents, any remedies please on how to stop it.

many many years! since I was a kid
unfortunately the vents are there for a good reason to allow airflow. an unfortunate side effect is that it will suck in dust and dirt

you could try adding a wind deflecting trim on the leading edge of each vent to reduce the amount of air forced in when on the move. as suggested when not in use you could add vent covers

as part of servicing I always hoover out the recess behind the fridge after sweeping the flue and brushing any cobwebs and dust off the cooling pipes

Can't remember ;)
Hi do you mean its coming under over and down the sides of the fridge ? if so cut some thin pieces of sponge and stuff them all around the fridge to stop it :thumb: the fridge is suspoed to be sealed against air coming inside anyway but if its ever been taken out they will not have sealed it back up assuming that it ever was sealed by Swift when they made it ::bigsmile:
