Fitted a TL TECH air suspension kit today on my merc.
I bought the complete kit . £380
if you buy direct but I got his number off eBay.
Fitted pump under bed and controls on end of bed behind passenger seat.
Hope this helps someone.

If it is the same compressor, cheap enough to carry a spare. Instal with a view to easy change, why pay more?

The only thing about this set-up is can it be used to increase the permitted axle weight? If so, it's great value. The VB system is approaching £5k.

@LOOSE WHEEL which Merc? Can you give us some feedback on how it performs / what difference you feel you got?

Thanks
Dennis

Hi Dennis
It’s performing well I tend to use it more if it’s windy, just give it a few more pounds to stiffen it up on motorway etc.
I could do with a bit more carrying capacity so was thinking about looking into how much more I could add to gross weight.
It’s a 2005 2.7 runing at 3850 on 225 70 15 - 112 rated but not sure what eles I can do with this Chassie.

My quick calculation would suggest that you would need to change tyre and wheel size to up rate. Fairly certain your suspension mods will not help to achieve legal up rate. Speak to SVtech they advise without charge.

If it is a Marlins air compressor I doubt it will make much difference.

We hardly change the pressures in our air suspension. Even if we do it does not take long.

Once pumped up that's pretty well it for the season.
