ive got an original bsa 22 airsporter underlever from 1977 the day i bought it , is it any good or too old to be of any use?

Wow.. That brings back memories of doing "questionable things" in my teens with an Airsporter. It was the must-have Air Rifle.

Keep it, polish it, service it. Nothing has changed much in the world of "Springers" since the Airsporter. Accurate then, accurate now. Classic.

A Webley Falcon from 1972, fitted with a BSA Air Sporter spring
A rather nice .177 pistol that I cannot remember the name of and I am a crappy shot with ..
The .177 stopped a rat dead in its tracks at 25 yards but I had set my self up with a sandbag lean and was sat in a chair !
