I was just worried about their warranty if you came to the roof it’s going to be void

Another valid point but simply removing the factory fitted Heki or whatever achieves warranty abdication, if not water ingress cover at the very least. The OP should approach the supplying dealer or manufacturer for approval of the change they will likely require it done by an approved dealer who warrants the part and fitting.
