Dropped mine a couple of weeks ago and it would not work properly..Messaged AGURI who rang me back and told me to post it to them.(had it 3 years) They sorted it out,,updated all maps etc and posted it back within a day of receiving it. Received it by carrier today,,Charge £30 including postage.Excellent service and a very reasonable charge. BUSBY

Garmin attempted to get us under an 8'6'' bridge in York! but maybe the map data only read in metres? fortunately, we know the area. cheers for the headsup Busby.

I have the DRV720. Fully loaded straight out of the box. Had a couple of set-up questions and these were sorted via on-line chat. So far, really pleased I went for Aguri
