One of our dogs is pretty well blind and she has gone through the hab door sliding fly screen, snapping the 'threads'. I'm minded to fit a hanging 'cats tails' or similar for the time being as she'll probably do it again as soon as I've repaired it.
Any recommendations on what type to get / how to attach it (tension rods??) / where to buy would be welcome.

I’m in similar circumstances, my dog decided to say hello to a dog walking past , trouble is she took it out completely. I have wooden gate that I made up to stop this from happening but forgot to put it up this one time 😤.
So I will be watching this thread for answer too

Not yet. It'll be a while until I can take it off and replace the strings. I'll need to get the replacement strings first - I've seen a few recommendations regarding what use.

Ok no worries,👍
yeah I need the actual pleated netting, frame good but can’t seem to find netting on its own , I will probably have to source from dealer which will costs silly money.

If your flyscreen is on its own opening frame you could fit a sheet of clear perspex to the height the dog is unlikely to reach. Still have a breeze through the rest of it. Perspex is easily cleaned of doggy slobber.
