Hello all, we’ve had our Cipro Garage for nearly 2 years now and our AES RM6505 fridge has stopped working, will only work when the engine is running, won’t light on gas or mains! We’ve been looking at the possibility it’s the PCB but we don’t know for definite, we have located one but before I shell out £100 on a second hand part, anyone got any alternative suggestions? Thank you

Check for a fuse first should be 20amp. It needs 12volt from the leisure battery to work. even when on hookup.
Pull off the rotating knobs temp control and aes fuel selector there are screws behind them that will allow you to take the front off of the control panel. Check that the wires have not come out of the connections.
Take the bottom vent off and push the wires on the grey box at the back they may be loose.
You can download the dometic fridge manual from the internet.

There are two 12V supplies to a 3-way fridge. A high power one, taken from the starter battery/alternator, with a fuse of maybe 20 amps. That one powers the fridge when the engine is running, and is obviously working fine.

There is a second low-power 12V supply, taken from the leisure battery, which powers the control PCB, the gas ignition, and switching between the various power sources (mains, gas, 12V). Have you checked that this power is getting to the PCB?
