I've used them for various specialist and American import cars over the years, can't fault them!

I have my car and motorhome with them, never had to make a claim, but they are very competitive in their pricing.

Many moons ago, someone told me that if you fitted a supercharged Spitfire aero engine to a sturdy pram chassis with bicycle brake blocks used for stopping power, Adrian Flux would arrange insurance for you... (y)

We are with them and have found them very efficient and competitively priced. We haven't had to make any claims though so can't advise on that.

I had a load of hassle with them over a claim on a Vaxuhall Frontera a couple of years back and I will never under any circumstances use them again.
They were great until making a claim was involved. It cost me a lot of time and arguing before it was resolved.
I have found in the past that many companies are great until something goes wrong then you really find out if they give a shit about their customers or not.

I will never in my life use those bastards again in my life because of the way they treated me. Money grabbing shysters.

You pay the broker and you deal with the broker in the event of a claim. All of my dealings were with the claim were with Adrian Flux's claim line and claim department as were all the phone calls and emails to and fro.

Is that a polite way off saying there no good (y)
I used them last year for the first time very competitive and more importantly they didn't require a tracker to be fitted on a new van, unlike my previous insurer caravan guard
Not had to claim, so until I do, probably unlikely to find out how good they are

I now have all my policies with AF as I always find them very competitive with their pricing.
Have been with them for years with no complaints ( so far )

We moved to them couple weeks back. Very clear and helpful on phone. We couldn't continue with old insurance as they don't do self build. It was between AF and Shield, Shield we must have got somebody new as they were useless, so we went with AF. It was expensive, but we put in Nige's name so over £700 he hasn't any no claims. Would have been around £450 in my name.

Paid for protected NCD. Has a bump in my car and they doubled my premium. I moved to another company and paid around half. They cant have it both ways, take a premium to protect the NCD then screw you if you use it. They lost me as a customer.
