You pay the broker and you deal with the broker in the event of a claim. All of my dealings were with the claim were with Adrian Flux's claim line and claim department as were all the phone calls and emails to and fro.thay are only the broker at the end of the day your clam would be with the company your insured with never had a clam so don't know
but thay are just the middle man

I used them last year for the first time very competitive and more importantly they didn't require a tracker to be fitted on a new van, unlike my previous insurer caravan guard
Not had to claim, so until I do, probably unlikely to find out how good they are
