Trouble comes in threes! – as well as my Truma circuit board and mixer tap failing on a trip to the Shetlands, the back doors have sprung a leak.

The foam rubber strip (it looks like pipe lagging!) that runs vertically down the door join on the double rear doors on my Fiat Ducato-based 2007 Adria Twin has started to lose its surface coating. I can also see some daylight when the doors are closed at the top of the door join, and the doors also don't seem to be locked in tightly by the top catch when they are shut. The main door seals look OK.

Has anyone had, or fixed, a similar problem?

The gap at the top will let water in regardless of the foam strip.
The foam is only to sound deaden and thermally insulate the doors.
Get the gap fixed and the leak will stop.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. Do you have any idea how to tighten the doors to close the gap?
