Hi all I am struggling to refit the sink clamps that holds it down has anyone done this job or is there a special tool needed for this job. My last resort I am thinking of drilling 4 holes in the top edging and screwing the sink down like in the newer mv & cc. Would appreciate any suggestions except change the mv.

Does it need to be clamped in place?
Sinks that are fitted into many houses aren’t and neither are some hobs. They are just set in place with sealer.

Hi Andy tried your suggestion to use mastic job done,new tap fitted leak cured. I used CT1 grey mastic brilliant stuff had to put a weight on top of the sink overnight. Everything looking good now cheers.
