Adria extra shelf ! (1 Viewer)

Im a newbe
Just wondered if anybody could steer me In the right direction to buy some what they call hidden shelf brackets to make up an additional shelf in the kitchen area of my Adria Coral .I think the dia of the rod which should fit into the headrest holes is 50mm.

Thanks for that ,only the shafts are 60mm and I need 50mm !

This has previously been done by a couple of Funsters. Both ver smart. Try the search option you might be lucky to find what your after.

Like this you mean? I could have made it two tiered if needed but the reality is it worked really well for us as it is. I might change it one day, but for now it's staying as it is. It's a small modification, doesn't cost much but a hell of an impact/improvement. An advantage is that it can be removed and the headrests put back in and you would never know it was there.

I also did something similar in the dining area to mount the TV onto the 5th seat brackets (had to add extra cables etc but fitted sockets to match the original)

Well it looks like I still need more practice with metric dimensions ! What size rod did you use please and are they rib nuts ? .

Yes they are riv nuts and I think it was 8mm threaded rod from Screwfix
