Adjusting Pilote Galaxy 270 handbrake. (1 Viewer)

Trying to adjust the parking brake on my Pilote Galaxy 270. Advised to remove one wheel bolt, jack up wheel and adjust through bolt hole.
I used my cheap little endoscope to locate the adjuster. Tried to move it with a screwdriver without success. Is there more to it, which way do I adjust it. Photo shows left wheel. Shoes and adjusters were replaced last year.

Edit. It is an A Class with Alco chassis, based on a 2001 Peugeot Boxer 320mwb.

Try moving it both ways with a longer driver. If it does not move it needs to come off to find out why.

I think your right, annoyed as adjusters and shoes only a year old.
