Adivce required re fitting 12V sockets (1 Viewer)

Borrowed a meter from work today and as I thought they are all 12V just don't no how to tell what's live and what's neutral. My shift control guy has said to bring it in on night shift and he'll have a look if I'm still struggling. Although I'm sure I'll get there

7 years campers before that
the lives will show 12v when you put the meter probes on that wire and a body part earth if you cant find a metal body part in reach ive used a jump lead

Now we've established 12 volt DC lets stick to +ve & -ve (y) and forget live and neutral ! or any other combination.
So being a european van it is most likely your brown is -ve negative and your blue +ve positive

So being a european van it is most likely your brown is -ve negative and your blue +ve positive
Will check tomorrow after work as its dark now and I've got the lights off :)

If your probes are connected the right way around you will get a reading of X if connected the wrong way around it will be
