Hi I am going to fit an additional car type radio into the hab area and was wondering if I could use the existing van radio speakers without harm to the van radio.so both radios connected to the same set of speakers but only using one radio at a time. Any feedback appreciated. Roy

I personally would fit a new radio with a remote control,
There are some cracking DAB/ FM sets out there at very reasonable prices,
To answer your question, as long as you don't run both radios together then there isn't a problem,

Hi. Without fitting a set of change over relays (which would get messy) I would not recommend, you could end up with power being fed back into the radio which is off.

Have bought good quality dab/FM remote control radio with USB ports on front .so looking forward to using it.thanks for info ref.speaker's. Roy
