Adding another panel (1 Viewer)

I have 2x80watt solar panels. Each feeds by its own cable to two screws on my 20 amp sunsaver regulator.
If i add another panel can i bring the cable in and double up on one of the connection screws on my regulator? Thanks!

That is what I did...

Join the cables on the roof rather than making more holes
Use self amalgamating tape on the joins ( and I would advise soldering the wires together.. No matter how good a jointing box is, they can cause problems over long periods of time )

We did it exactly same just make sure your Reg can take load

Thanks we have 2x80 watt panels and are adding a 100 watt regulator is 20 amp!

That has the potential to create 22 amp in perfect conditions
We have 280 watt and highest I ever noted was 23 amps in Morocco
