We bought our first Acsi card and having trouble buying the app. Followed the instructions on the card, entered our number. Chose the two options app and motorhome add on. It won’t load the payment page. Anyone else having problems?

I have looked at the app this morning and they must be working on the 2023 changes as I cannot make any changes to the campsites data on my account.
 
For us its the website, it won't allow us to buy it even thought we went through the link they sent with the card. It just circles at the payment page. I did phone up and she said basically delete cookies, try different browsers etc Which had already done. She said that they couldn't help me because I had not bought the app. But that is the problem it won't let me buy the app 🤦‍♀️

I just had similar problem would not let me pay.
I cleared cocked and signed out of the app the went back to the website to reinput the code then it let me pay.
It then took 10 minutes to clear the purchase

Did manage once to get the pay screen but it only offered “ideal” as a payment option. Which I think is Dutch! It’s all set to the U.K. just can’t help thinking I am missing something really obvious! We are tech savvy and it’s all set correctly. Tried several times to delete cookies etc. oh well I assume I will just have to use the book 🙄
 
I always have problems with the App every year as it moves over my subscription and then it is ok after a couple of weeks. I now try not to do anything with the App until mid January
