Morning all. Sonyeeterday i wentbon acei site and purchased dubscription, card, guide and App. Package cost €21.94 plus postage. All went through ok. I then downloaded the app from google play but when i log in i only can access 103 sites in italy!! I paid the access fee for app but i have no access. Should i delete the app wnd shld i be waiting to receive a.link to the app i dont understand. Iv emailed acsi but not reply as yet. Has anyone else ordered the app access package. Thanks
 
Make sure you have the right App then go to download pages and download.

I think there is a code on the back of the card that gives you access to the app and then you may have to download the data files for each country.

Thank you i had the wrong app installed. So ive downloaded spain and france, bril now im struggling to find mhome stops for travel through keep getting just campsites, how do i find all yr campsites i fid put in dwtes nothing came up mudt be some open? does it not show mhome stops? Youv been very helpful thanks. Yes 2023 can be ordered now via acsi.
 
Acsi is only sites not many Open in France in winter.for Aires etc you need search for sites or park for night or campercontact appsallgood in there own way

Great thanks, needed acsi to get my discount on our winter sun in jan so im happy now.

Not so, the ACSI Camping Card app which the OP has now downloaded can be extended to show Aires as well as (ACSI) sites. It is a further (small) charge, and you have to download separate country files for aires. There are useful photos of the aires, although very few if any have user reviews yet.

We find it quite useful travelling in low season to see Aires alongside ACSI sites on one map. We tend to use it alongside Campercontact - dislike S4S.

We also downloaded the aires and found it very useful. Also use Campercontact as the ACSI one needs more aires adding which I guess they will do as they check more.
 
Didn't know they did Aires but I'm still using map and book. Wife is in charge of apps and never told me. She does like full facilities though :ROFLMAO:
