What is the least expensive way of purchasing the ACSI book and card, etc, for 2023?

Think there is a couple of quid difference between Vacarious and getting it direct from ACSI,,Not worth thinking about..Always pe ordered from Vacarious Books.

It’s £20.99 from Vicarious books if you pre order with a £1 discount code CC23 . I expect it’s cheaper direct from ACSI but you have to set up a recurring payment on a credit card which was a pain to cancel. I did have it from them but it turned up rather wet and soggy one year, hence the cancellation!

In terms of delivery, would it be better to order direct from ACSI or from Vicarious?

We leave the UK on 2 January and need to be confident that our book would arrive in time for our departure.

What are folks’ experience in terms of typical delivery times?

Delivery from Vicarious normally by next post however it will depend on when they get their 2023 supply delivered. I would give them a call and see when expected.

We had a subscription direct with ACSI in Netherlands. It always arrived before Christmas. Cancelled during covid and ordered via Vicarious in May this year once we knew we were going abroad. Arrived pretty quickly but dont know if same would be the case with the new edition. There may be a delay before Vicarious get their quota.

I’ve just set up a direct debit with ACSI and they arrive every year.

Don’t forget they can be bought in some campsites too, although not always in English! We’ve had dutch, German and Spanish ones, it doesn’t matter to us as it’s the card that’s important and we use the App.

We have usually managed to buy ours at either Camping Caceres or La Roselda, Conil de Frontera.😊 In English👍

Last year l preorderd in Sept 21 from vicarious books. It was posted on 29th Dec which was due to being held up at customs so may be quicker direct to ACSI

Thanks for that info. I was inclined to go down that route but didn’t know if ACSI might prioritise their trade customers.

My email with the offer says delivery ”expected” mid December. This is when it normally arrives but as someone else said it was delayed last year so who knows. I only got my email 2 weeks ago (27th Sept) so I don’t think there’s much point in phoning them yet.

I just have a direct debit set up with
ACSI but I don't think I'll bother in the future. Our last trip we only stayed on one site and that didn't take ACSI. We only did France that trip and the Aires are so good.

The C&MC also sell the ACSI book, used to be the cheapest way to buy it.
