ACSI Club ID - Camping Carnet (1 Viewer)

Has anyone received their ACSI Camping Carnet yet?

Our current card expires 31st March and Im just wondering if it will arrive anytime soon.

PS This is the card which you can show instead of handing your passport over on ACSI affiliated campsites.

I got mine some when early in Feb they sent it to me automatically and just debited my credit card.

Personally don't bother with it didn't last year and not doing so this year so few places accepted it no point having it.

This was what we found also, but don't us that many campsites.

Mine is out of date too and a new one did not come with the guide books and discount card though I am sure I requested one. Think the scheme is very good but the company are a pain to deal with, incidently my book took well over a month to arrive.

I've just ordered the combi , noticed there isn't any prices showing for sites on the app. Or does it give prices in the book?.

Have found it very handy and widely used in our case.

Having said that, we went a couple of years without renewing the ACSI Club ID, but campsites quite happy to accept the expired card!

The Camping Carnet ID Card does not come with the guide books and is a totally separate thing.

You get the discount card with the books to which enables you to pay €11, €13, €15, €17 or €19 during the appropriate months.

Thanks @canopus I have just checked my emails and found an old one notifying me that they tried to renew last year but needed my new card details, will re-apply. I do find it all a bit confusing doh!

must be the worst web site ever, and their customer services is crap,,they never reply to emails. Been waiting a month for my club ID,,which i had to reorder and which was supposed to be on a subscription.
Think i'll just use the old one as a previous post suggested.

I used to get one at the same time as the books but that's fallen by the wayside. Email today asking if I wanted to order one. How are these dated, by the purchase date or calendar year?
