We're of to Germany beginning of next month for three weeks would it be worth getting the card & would we get it in time? Not planing on staying on to many sites but it would be handy for the odd night Thanks

Hi plumbob, Don't think you would be able to get the card and books intime now, but no harm in trying.

The Acsi discount is mainly for low season, you should check that June is still low season, otherwise you might not get enough reduction in site fees to cover the cost of the card.

I believe Germany has a very good Aires system so you should be covered.

I am sure that you would get the card in time from Vicarious books best to call them . Ours arrived within days of ordering . Most of June is still very much in the discount season but as the previous have stated Germany has a very extensive Stellplatz system many with hookup and some with varying quality showers . We do use campsites when we need to do laundry and want good shower facilities .
