ACSI Camping Card App

Anyone having issues with the Camping Card app? I can still see and use the interactive map but there are no campsites showing on the map. Don’t know if I’ve inadvertently turned off this feature or is there an issue with the app. Have e-mailed ACSI but awaiting a reply

Have you checked your filters on the app?

Have no filters on, but campsite feature seems to have come back on again. Not sure what the issue was with this.

Have you downloaded the new maps for this years App, did mine in January, but not sure what would happen if I didn’t. Would the map be devoid of sites I wonder?

Or try downloading the countries again & see what happens.

Have a look around Lake Garda as even the non subscribed App shows some sites there as an example. If you can see them I’m guessing you may not be recognised as having subscribed for this year hence no sites visible?

Do please come back & tell us what went wrong once you’ve sorted it

2nd thoughts I discovered I had to download a newer app as I got no access with the old one. Have you downloaded the app this year?

Received reply from ACSI to my e-mail. ACSI were “already aware of the problem” with the campsites not showing on the app, which has now been corrected.
Suggested if having ongoing issues - try logging out then in again, or changing password.
