Ordered two lots as we give some friends a copy for Christmas, the first ones I ordered from Vicarious Books which arrived the other day, and the ones I got from the Camping Club arrived today.

Mine arrived today, direct from ACSI. I have a direct debit to make sure I don't forget to order it.
I just ordered again from Vicarious £16.49 I think with the discount, I don’t actually use it that often as we rarely use sites, however,when we have we’ve usually stayed a few days and the saving on the first stay pays for the book/card so it’s a no brainer.

Seriously, though, it is a waste. I wish there was an option to just buy the card and the app. I never use the books. Mine are on their way to Portugal.What ?... a real dead tree book!?!?

Don’t know the price yet as it’s on direct debit. No doubt it will soon appear on the CC statement.
Didn’t use the card once last year as we rarely use sites but it’s always useful to have. You can bet that if you didn’t have the card you would need it somewhere.

Still no sign of ours yet.. Last year we was one of the customers who got a soggy mess in the post, and by the time a replacement was sent out it was too late to be any use..
Fortunately the membership car was still usable and we used the previous years book for the winter trip ( wellllllll.. the trip back any way... Do not bother with sites at all on the way to Spain )

Tried to use ours at a site on Costa something last year. All the smaller ACSI pitches were occupied so we got a big one. It only cost €1 extra, but on a similar site further north we were saving €34 a night with ACSI. A couple of sites we have stopped at in France were cheaper than the lowest ACSI rate..

Postie rang the doorbell at lunchtime with mine direct from ACSI - got a combi DD subscription to make sure I don't miss it.
We tend to use it quite a lot, looking for sites where we intend to stay more than a few days. Always get the, IMO modest, subscription back.
