Access to Gravelines Aire blocked

Tried to access the Graveline marina aire last night but the main road alongside the river was closed for roadworks (route barre).

Camped the night at Super U car park on the other side of the river.

If you had gone past the Super U down to the coast there is a new nice free Aire opposite the camp site.

Funny you should say that. We did follow the signs to the campsite from Super-U....but after a couple of miles we gave up and turned back. The weather was torrential rain, so we'd had enough.

Where did you go it's only 1.5 miles to the Aire from the Super U.
