The dug was the reason we got our motorhome!

First things I think you should be thinking about are -
  • how do we secure him \ her in the motorhome when travelling?
  • how mucky will the paws get and how light are the carpets \ upholstery?
  • if you going abroad are you comfortable the dog may have to travel in onboard kennel dependent upon route?
There will be more that others will add.

:WelcomeFlag:The only mods we have made for travelling with two border collies are the removal of the carpets, replaced with vinyl flooring as the original floor covering was crap.
Harnesses connected to the rear seat belts and a throw thingy on the L shaped rear seat as one likes to lie on it when travelling.
They adapt well to travelling and if its hot when stationary they go under the motorhome where its cool.
