so,. -- if you have used a toll road and have not paid,(for whatever reason), and have now been educated and want to pay,are you saying that you cannot pay retrospectively,except if you are caught?(ie on a service station for instance)

I think i am losing the plot!
Is there no one out there who can give a definitive and accurate answer?
I wasted an afternoon trying to access the toll paying website,
Am off to the pub!
But all information gratefully received
