Well done on uploading your pics!. You can put more than one on each reply by clicking 'Upload a file' for each picture. and this gives you the option of showing them all as fullsize or thumbnail.

It's funny seeing the trouble people have getting the right pitch! They roll up and park up just how they want and then they pop up the satellite dish which goes around and around but the trees designed to provide the shade obviously obstruct the satellite signals. So next thing the dish is parked and they are off to another pitch to repeat the process!

TV haven't missed it a bit since we've been away and never likely to abroad!

Our daughter gave us a load of films on DVD before we left but we haven't watched even one yet!

I am coveting a Rapido 992MH which has been on site for a few days. Double wheeled rear axle, Mercedes powered but don't know if it's the 3 litre. Checked online but none for sale anywhere. Pic to follow later!

Moved on today and now set up at Benicarlo. Had lunch and now ready to check out the beach. Saw a Funster sticker when being directed to our pitch so will say Hello later.

We intended to go further down south towards Oliva, Denia and Javea but the weather is bad it's raining and rain forecast until the weekend.

So backtracking as weather to the North East is glorious sunshine!

M's birthday tomorrow so need to find a good restaurant pronto!

Evidently market day tomorrow in Benicarlo! Also have directions to Lidl so we can buy grub! Really enjoying the sweet and tasty water melon and so cheap compared to home. Grilled pork fillet, grilled mushrooms and salad for dinner tonight. Replete!

The weather caught up with us in the night! Horrendous storm, thunder and lightning and raining stair rods!

Dutch lady across the way did a load of washing yesterday and quite a lot had not dried by the time they went to bed - it'll all need wringing out again this morning!

Also a power cut - off in the middle of the night and still off - not that I'm worried with my battery banks!

I thought the rain in Spain fell mainly on the plain, not on the coast!

Went to the town market today - looked like they were trying to get rid of end of season tat, probably all made in the Far East! Had an orange after lunch turned out it was from South Africa and not Spain. 2 coffees and cake 4 euros inc tip so much cheaper than Costa!

This pm we went to what I will call the central or town beach next to the harbour and marina - pics coming up! There were 9 lifeguards for this one little beach and we've seen plenty of police about, not like home!

Orange season in Spain starts November probably through until April/May, they have seasonality like everybody else:)
