We're hoping to stop off in Aachen for a couple of days next week but the stellplatz we've stopped at before is now in the green low emmision zone.
Unfortunately our old van doesn't meet the criteria to get a green sticker.
Does anyone know of another place to stay?
Been looking at the P+R but don't know if you can overnight.
Any first hand experience appreciated.

Before illegally entering the Umvelt Zone in Aachen we stayed at Gangelt - a really nice stop run by folk with problems.

Worth a look if you have the time and inclination - Gordon

You could stay at Camping Gulperberg, follow the path into town and catch the 350 (from Maastricht) bus into Aachen which takes about 20 minutes and drops you right opposite Elisenbrunnen tourist information where some of the Christmas market stalls begin, they also have a few normal market stalls there too.

Mainly physical disability. Staying there is a really good opportunity to give to the local community and the facilities are first class.
