Though I cheated and cooked in the house

Sorry about the presentation, need a new non stick pan !

Lime & Chille marinated red snapper fillets. , pan fried. Served with valencian rice, home made patas bravas, leaks sautéd in butter & olive oil. Steamed asparagus side. Lidl £1 round loaf.

Probably cost less than €2 a portion !

That looks lush. I wonder if you had the time, you could have left the fish in the lime and chilli long enough it would have "cooked" with the acidity of the lime I think it is called Ceviche. Thanks for sharing.
