We came across this sign on a carpark in Conway last week.

There were half a dozen large bays available. Why can't more councils be so accommodating?

Any hints on where?

Maybe a Google maps location would help others. It is good to see some availability.

Did it signify whether overnight stays were permitted and as importantly, would you overnight there?

The way forward is for us all to carry such a sign and just put it wherever we want to park ::bigsmile:::bigsmile:

It's on the B5106 Llanwrst Road below the castle.

If you look at a satellite view of Conway on Google Maps you can see the long parking bays to the right hand side of the carpark.

Not sure if overnighting is allowed, maybe Graham has more info on that. As for safety, the area seemed ok and it's only a stone's throw from the town.

Could be very helpful as long as its policed and does not get filled up with cars and 4 by 4s as many do.

We parked on there last september for the afternoon it seemed ok to us, as far as i can remember there was a sign somewhere that said you were not allowed to stay overnight.

The motorhome bays have been there for at least five years to my knowledge. They are daytime only though. Details Link Removed under Morfa Bach.
