Beautiful morning here. I decided to go up on the moor. Hmm, not a good idea. The snow is deeper than the dog so she couldn’t move. I drove back down to a lower part. Still a bit deep for her but we had a walk. Road is not bad we’re getting about. Looking great in the sun.

As the BBC were describing the roads as "treacherous", we decided to risk a short walk at the end of our lonning...

We were going to go round the bend...

But decided to stick to the straight and narrow...

But did get to get our (limited) dose of Vitamin D...

Strange little walk today, along the cut. They look to be doing some work on the five rise locks. Draining between the five and three rise. A nice road sign. And a nice bench.

Just a couple of miles with the dog today. A bit of snow 50/100mm. I liked how it had built up on the trees. Definitely shows it’s coming from the East being on that side. The roads are fine to drive on.

Up before the sunrise this morning, an early appointment at Alicante.

Then called in at Benidorm for a wander and a bite to eat, never seen so many Spanish there, they have reclaimed it back. Bob.

Hi Bob&Janie, as you know we love Javea and surrounding area, each photo you post makes us so envious. Ha..... its been "great" for a few days/weeks as you seem to have stopped posting for a while, so not had to feel so envious. Arghhhh.

Lovely morning here, about minus five degrees up top. Quite a few ski touring about today. Great cloud inversion in the Aire valley. Roads ok if you’re competent in snow.

Forgot to add to above. There’s around 500mm of snow. If you step off the path it’s above the knee. It made walking very hard work if wanting to go where nobody else had walked.
