We've been coming here on and off since 1995, love it. We are on camping de Bernezac at Baie de Nauzan.

Haha... your not going to believe this Helen, we stayed there on our way back up from our first meeting when at twin lakes... spooky..

It is lovely up around there different beautiful houses and I think we have a picture sat at the same bar, but it’s on the laptop...

Walk out to the flower market this morning . Then back through Spitalsfield market and saw these figures in a boat. Then back over London Bridge and along side HMS Belfast is a Belgium frigate .
Laika the wonder dog had fun too.

Our street is being prpared for filming tomorrow. The police hut in the top photo has covered our red phone box. The road has ben covered in soil and all yellow lines covered over. The chimney sweep cart might bring back a few memories for some. They will have horses and carts tomorrow . The street now has 24 hour security while filming .

Further two photos of the film set. Seems they are turning the Henry Wood Hall into a theatre for the film set. For its day job the Henry Wood Hall is a orchestral rehearsal and recording studio. The singing detective was filmed there. The carts are missing their orses (sarf london) . The orses will be here tomorrow. Further photos to follow.

Our pitch for tonight is on the Derwent Reservoir on the Durham/Northumberland border just off the A68 at Consett.
There ar two other overnight stays as well as this provided by Northumbria Water.
The other two are on Search for Sites, this one isn't. All three are £10 per overnight.
The other two have toilet facilities, this one doesn't but the gate off the road is locked at night.

Absolutely lovely here tonight. Fishermen are just packing up so should have the place to ourselves shortly. Canada Geese are all roosting for the night.
You will need coins if you want to pay by machine or you can pay by card at the visitor centre down the road.
