Exactly, 'You shall not pass' is an iconic quote from book one of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, book one.
It's where Gandalf battles the fire monster Balrog on the bridge in the Dwarves underground kingdom.

Whats weather like in cumbria, sposed to be coming on sunday but not sure if its worth the risk.
Main roads and motorway seem to be OK. Side roads are problematical if they haven't been gritted, though it seems to be thawing fast at the moment.
I'm off up north tomorrow, so I'm hoping M74/mate are the same.
Have a good trip if you decide to come up.
