Overrun braking system soon to be against the law
the attachment of the overrun brake cable to the towing vehicle should not be around the towbar! that video shows me just how clever they are

I think you will find that it is an electronic braking system similar to Towbars 2 Towcars from Grimsby and NO they will not be illegal shortly. It is not the old fashioned over-run braking system, with this type of set up reversing is possible without the need to leave the towing vehicle to make prior adjustments.
It is interesting they are appearing to claim Europe wide compliance though....what happened to Spain's non-towing laws
