Spotted this on local facebook for sale. Cheap enough if you want one.

That appears to be an unbraked towing frame for recovery work. You chain the legs to the lower wishbones on a car in order to tow it. Not suited to motorhome use
 
That looks like a Smart-Tow A Frame complete with connecting bolts that go into the front subframe. Looks very like a SMART version. Would need the electronics, cross beam, 7pin connections and vacuum unit all to be installed at some cost. Probably worth the asking price but 20% of the electronic A Frame story!
